It can be found on a corpse found in the Undead Burg or in the bridge that the Hellkite Dragon occupies.

You can found in being sell by Shiva of the East in Blighttown or dropped by the Undead Merchant in the Undead Burg. It has a standard damage of 99 and can be upgraded up to +15 which have a basic damage of 225. All you need to upgrade the Uchigatana can be upgraded by using Titanite, Large Ember and Very Large Ember.
