Built on the leading Zen 4 Architecture – power, performance, expandability and efficiency are at your fingertips with the latest 7000 Series Threadripper CPUs – available now in our systems.
AMD Threadripper processors have a monstrous amount of cores and threads, which enable artists, architects, and engineers to stay in their creative flow by addressing common lightly threaded and multithreaded bottlenecks. And of course, these processors are great for gaming as well. So whether you are professional who needs the most powerful workstation, or a gamer that loves bragging about their hardware, Threadripper has you covered with its fantastic performance.
Currently we have 3 different AMD Threadripper 7000 series CPUs on offer. Starting from the bottom and moving through to the highest tier processor – the AMD Threadripper 7960X has a clock speed of 4.2GHz (5.3GHz turbo), 24 cores, 48 threads, and 153.5 MB of Cache. The AMD Threadripper 7970X has a clock speed of 4.0GHz (5.3GHz turbo), 32 cores, 64 threads, and 162MB of Cache. And lastly, the big dog, the 7980X has a clock speed of 3.2GHz (5.1GHz turbo), 64 cores, 128 threads, and 324MB of Cache.
Threadripper represents AMD’s offerings in the high-end desktop market, offering the ultimate overclockable high-end desktop experience, along with the highest clock speeds achievable on a Threadripper processor. Thanks to the innovative 5nm process and Zen4 Architecture power, performance, and efficiency are maximized.
Our PCs with Threadripper 7000 Series CPUs are built to enable powerful I/O for desktop users, with up to 48 PCIe Gen 5 Lanes for graphics, storage, and more. They are also capable of twice the memory bandwidth seen with typical dual channel desktop systems; the quad-channel DDR5 memory controller on Ryzen 7000 Series processors can support even the most intensive workflows, as well as deliver top tier gaming performance.
Our desktops with AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 Series CPUs all utilize the AMD TRX50 chipset motherboards. For memory support on these you are looking at 4-channel up to 1TB DDR5-5200 RDIMM, 92/88 (total/usable) PCIe lanes, along with up to 48 PCIe 5.0 lanes, and of course overclocking is supported.
If you are in need of a high end desktop for yourself, your business, or your gaming needs, we would love to build your next custom desktop with an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 Series processor.
