The laptop runs smoothly, quietly and has everything I ordered and expected. It's a machine that allows me to both game and work. Be aware that BIOS is needed to adjust the LED on the chassis, which I need to turn off when working. Thank you.

This system packs a punch and is great for my use case. It is very sleek and has all the features I expected and a few I was surprised by. I highly recommend this system for an overall working or gaming laptop.

Great experience overall. However, the PC Game Pass that was supposed to be included with device, was not included. I was unable to redeem advertised PC Game Pass once laptop arrived.
