I've ordered a laptop twice from you guys and both times it has had problems once it gets to me. Last time, it was the gpu that just blue screened my laptop a month or two after receiving it rendering it unusable. This time, I'm not getting the performance that the laptop should be getting with the specs it has. Getting less than 10 frames in a game that's not demanding at all. Overall, once the problems are fixed, it's a good laptop but the fact I have to send back a laptop for the second time makes me a little hesitant to buy from you guys a third time. And sometimes I'm waiting hours and multiple phone calls for an answer from your customer service. But last time you guys did give me a free upgrade to a 2080 super, which, I'm hoping I'll be able to receive another gpu upgrade after having to send back a laptop I received 3 days prior. Overall, thank you guys.

I've only used it for two days since I got it, but it works well. It's stable and doesn't seem to have crashing issues. Everything installs fast, and hasn't shown any compatability issues at all. Quality is good, although I worry the screen hinges may break with time and would recommend getting an external display to avoid that.
