This is my fifth computer from cyberpowerpc and it will not be my last. I really like all of the custom choices that are available, so I can configure the PC the way I want. Also, their prices are good enough, it is not worth it to build it myself.

My only thing to nitpick would be that UPS delivered the computer to the wrong house, but that’s not on you guys. Excellent purchasing experience overall.

My son wanted a gaming computer for Christmas, I know nothing about them however my nephew has ordered from your site multiple times. He was able to build what I needed and put everything in the cart for me to be able to purchase. The real props go to him. My son loves his gift and it was easy for him to set up. The box came in with a giant hole in the side but the way it was packed helped keep it safe.

This is my second pre-built I’ve gotten with Cyberpower and they haven’t disappointed. The entire unit was professionally assembled and packaged extremely nicely for shipping. It runs and operates with no issues and is also a breeze to set up.

Overall excellent rating. Communications did not continue once the PC went into assembly/quality check. I did not know it was shipped until I got the UPS email notification. Of course, nice to know it was on it's way. Was a bit disappointed I could not add a second NVMe drive as a data drive and/or more RAM to the configuration via the WEB configure tool.

Computer arrived with the corner of the box bashed in. The face plate of the computer was broken off when I removed the computer from the box. Joey in tech support helped me get a return authorization and the computer is being shipped back to me soon.

The communication throughout the process was excellent. I did note that my credit card was NOT charged until my computer was built to the specifications as ordered. I appreciate that. Update emails informing me of where we were in the process was great. PC a Xmas gift, so unopened under the tree.

Overall good I had a good experience. I do have some complaints though. For starters, I purchased an Asus B850 motherboard as part of this build but in my shipment you guys sent me my paperwork and accessories in a Asus Z790 motherboard box. This created a bit of confusion. Why wouldn’t you give me the box that my motherboard came from? Secondly, and this is quite frustrating… I paid nineteen dollars to have the expanded foam included in my case for extra protection. You guys put a little tiny piece of foam that did not even expand. It provided ZERO additional protection and was a complete ripoff. If that is your standard, that is a disgusting practice. Please reach out to me as I took photos of that laughable expanded foam job and I would love to show you this sad excuse for “protection”. I also would love to have my nineteen dollars refunded to me if any of you have a soul. One more thing - I again paid extra to have an anti sag bar installed on my GPU for this build. The bar was in a bag inside the motherboard box not installed. Why didn’t you install it? If I would have known you were just going to throw it in the box, I would have passed. I paid to have you assemble the PC and I expected for every piece to be assembled. Aside from everything I just complained about - everything else was great. The machine fired up first try and looks great. I still would like to have my correct motherboard box and my nineteen dollars that you stole from me, but I guess I’d be surprised if this actually gets read. I hope you have a happy holiday.

Website and option selections were good. Some additional custom options would have been nice. Vertical mounting for graphics card, single fan option, rgb cable kits and additional cards like having an nvme and a ssd drive. Small but woukd add to the overall custom feel. I purchased a h6 flow case and 1 black exhaust was installed on the back. Would have liked to see a matching white fan on the NXZT to match.

I don’t really hold you all accountable to UPS’s subpar shipping service. They tried to deliver the package 2 hours early, and I was not hold at that time. And then, maybe out of spite because I called their customer service line, they delivered the package 5 hours late and I lost a day of work over it. I certainly will not be using UPS in my personal life after my experience.

2nd purchase from CyberPower. The machine is great! The only 2 "issues' I experienced were around the location of the web camera I'd purchased (finally found it inside motherboard box.... I didn't think to look in there), and paying extra for 3 day processing and it taking longer than that to be shipped. Those are simple "process" items though, and don't impact the actual product I received. Thank you!

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the entire process. For someone who has never built a PC before, the experience was top notch and informative.
