The system is "almost" as expected; there were no case fans when it arrived, which has stopped me from using it. When I selected the option of using the fans that came with the case, I had expected something more than nothing! If this is not in error, it was not clearly advertised that I wouldn't be getting fans, so I hope you might update your website for future purchasers that aren't the most knowledgeable on PCs. Short of that, it is a lovely product, so thank you for making it!

PC arrived in perfect working order, overclock was guaranteed 10% on CPU, it's actually closer to 12. Fit and finish, cable management and presentation are great. No complaints, will certainly consider shopping again in the future.

Computer was perfectly assembled. Zero issues. Ran smoothly from the first powering on. I loved how it didn't come with bloatware installed. Just a clean Windows installation that let me tweak and setup with my preferences. Loving it.

See remarks above about heating concerns for CPU. Likely should have gone with a better CPU cooler for such a new CPU, but I'm still trying to get information from the CPU manufacturer about typical operating temperatures to verify if there may be a cooling problem deserving attention. The case has limited airflow ability, but this was apparent at the time of purchase (more of an oversight on my part). Maybe marketing different case options based on their airflow performance (especially for the higher end part options) would have been wise to help future customers not have this same oversight. Overall good quality parts and work (save those 2 screws floating around upon delivery).
