I am highly satisfied with both the service and the product quality. As a first-time CyberPowerPC customer, I initially had concerns about potential issues such as defects, damage, or improper assembly given the significant investment. The website made it straightforward to configure the system, select and modify components, and choose clear delivery options. I also appreciated the regular status updates throughout production and assembly. The PC I received matched my exact configuration and arrived fully optimized for gaming.
