All together really a great machine, but: Had some trouble activating Windows 10 with the product key given, and the bot chat on the website was... not helpful. Kenny, however, was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Got the M1 131 mouse with my setup and I am generally unimpressed with it. Out of the box, it was scuffed up and looked used. Right button sticks and squeaks. No RGB controller software was installed on the machine. I was able to get it off the CP site (two versions are available, tried both.) It did not help as it would not recognize the mouse. RGB software for fan stopped working fully after the first couple uses. Now I can only use half of the options as the other half just display a random 2 colors in static, and color selection is inaccurate (select red but get blue.) I've tried upgrading the RGB software and still get the same issue.

This pc is a beast and runs game like it's on steroids and cocaine. Oh the space the case has oof you can store a whole radiator in there so nice for future upgrades definitely 5/5

so far its great, except the problem mention above. pleas email me or call me to walk me though the fix .last please give me a phone # to your tech. department so I don't have to call the sales # and get transfer to them
