I love this computer! I customized a lot of the parts for my computer and it turned out as beautiful as I'd hoped! It runs cool and as quiet as you can expect with so many fans in it! I even got an extremely nice video card! I ended up with the Zotac Gaming AMP Extreme Holo Graphics Card, which not only matches the RGB lighting nicely, but is a solid, overclocked GPU right out of the box! I'm very happy with my purchase and can't recommend CyberpowerPC enough!

The system came well-packaged and I had no issues setting it up and getting going. Everything runs great so far and within spec, very happy with the results. My only major issue involves the professional wiring setup that I paid for. Cable management is both a practical and aesthetic process: from the practical side, optimizing airflow in the case is imperative; however unnecessary sacrifices were made aesthetically to get there. Case parts were removed for no good reason, in this case a cover panel and cable routing grommet on the Corsair 5000D Airflow case. Their removal in no way improves airflow, and in this instance it made the cable management job look lazy and half-assed. On top of that, these case parts were not included with the additional shipped accessories: these are parts that I paid for by virtue of choosing this case. Fortunately customer service has been very helpful and is working to get them to me, however I will have to replace them in the case myself in addition to cleaning up the mediocre cable management job, so it seems the additional cost of the "pro" wiring was not worth the money.

The build arrived as I ordered, but I have a lot of extra case fans I don't need. This is because the information on the site led me to think I needed to purchase additional fans for the install. I paid for overclocking of my CPU and it was not done. I do not request or require any action on either issue. Spend your time assisting others during this time.

The system is great so far nothing wrong yet and hopefully stays that way. The 1st metal case that the hard drives lay in was a little bent and not on correctly but it’s not to much of a big deal because all the other items in the pc that are important are great so far. Hopefully it stays in great condition for a long time.

Had one minor glitch, the sound wouldn'y play over my logitech speakers with a single output jack. I tracked down a workaround online which involved deleting a realtek driver, and it worked fine after a reboot. Thank god for the internet. While I haven't had it for very long yet, one of the illustrator files I work on had thousands of vector objects in it. It was bogging my old PC down (4 to 5 seconds refreh each time I moved an item) on the new one it seems to shrug that off. I also love the dual display ports on each of the two graphics cards. I can hook up two monitors on one and my Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 on the other card. Nice, I think my only regret was not getting 64 gb of memory instead of 32. I will have to look at your site and see if I can order more of the same memory later with 4 open memory slots.
