This is I believe my 6 PC purchase with your company over the last decade plus. I have to say every time I have been very satisfied. The popular adage is buying from a mass distributor might give you the best price but your build quality, support and over parts etc will be compromised. I have not found this to be the case. In fact, each PC I buy has shipped extremely quickly packaged professionally and worked as expected each time. You're doing a great job keep it up, and I'll continue ordering from you. Thank you!

While it has only been a week, I have had virtually no issues. Set up was a breeze. I especially like the sticker denoting where to connect the monitor (to the GPU as opposed to the motherboard). The only - minor - issue that I had was that the fans spun at 100% from the moment the system powered up, until I shut it down after usage. Luckily, I remembered reading a review which stated that the wires needed to connect the fans to the motherboard were located at the bottom of the chassis. Upon retrieving said wires and connecting them to their proper spots on the board, the fans are now running normally and its speeds can be controlled via the BIOS.

The description of the build makes no mention that it has a fan hub and that the RGB is wired to be controlled by a button and therefore cannot be controlled through software. The fan hub was not connected to the SYSFAN_1 port on the motherboard located at the top. The wire was bundled up with the end near the bottom of the case, so it did not come undone during shipment. It is possible that this pre-build always goes out this way because of this observation. The result is that all case fans will run at 100% speed by default and cannot be adjusted by the bios or software. I couldn't say exactly how many machines I have purchased from CyberPowerPC. Perhaps 5 or 6. Every single time the fan wire connectors (especially for the lighting) are wrapped with electrical tape because otherwise they are very loose. However, after a couple years heat makes the tape come undone and then the wires detach. There must be a better solution to the problem.
