The computer was received on time and seems to be an excellent system. It was very easy to set up. I've had one problem that was quickly addressed by Tech Support. Excellent customer service.

The machine is an excellent one. The 4 rating was because it was not configured exactly to my requirements and desires, but it was the closest instant ship one available at the time. I needed a machine well before I could receive a custom configured one, so I bought this one. I now need to add a second disk to get the required drive space, but that isn't a big deal for me. I bought with confidence because my first CyberpowerPC machine has performed perfectly for the last 16 months.
