On April 24, 2023 I purchased the CyberpowerPC GLX 99174. The parts advertised were: Intel i5-13600KF CPU 120mm AIO CPU Cooler NVidia Geforce 3060 Ti 8GB VRAM Video Card Asus Z790 Prime Wi-Fi 6E enabled Motherboard 16GB DDR5 Ram 4800 MHz 1TB WD Black SN750 SE Series (PCIe Gen4) NVMe M.2 SSD 800W Gold 80+ Power Supply The actual parts received were: Intel i5-13600KF CPU Coolermaster/CyberPower PC 120mm AIO CPU Cooler Gigabyte Windforce OC Geforce 3060 Ti 8GB VRam Video Card Asus Z790 Prime Wi-Fi 6E enabled Motherboard Teamgroup Vulcan 1x16GB DDR5 Ram 6000 MHz 1TB Kingston SNV2S1000G NVMe M.2 SSD EVGA GD800 800W Gold 80+ Power Supply My initial concerts going into this purchase and about purchasing prebuilts in general tended to be about the quality of the parts that were NOT advertised. However, I could not find better value for the parts listed purchasing them separately given that the system was on sale with the option of free rush delivery so I decided to take advantage of the sale. Packaging/Shipping: My computer was shipped relatively quickly, I ordered on a weekend, so I assume the assembly was part of the process and the computer was received within a week of ordering. The came intact and the computer was well-packaged with foam inserts inside the computer. The foam inserts did put some pressure on some of the connections, but there were no serious disconnects or bends on any of the connections on the motherboard. I would say 5/5. Support: I did contact customer service a couple of times in regards to two main issues. The chat service on their website makes it relatively easy and quick to get a response from the support team. For anyone looking to purchase this specific model, all the RGB is wired to a control switch on the inside of the case, which is rigged to cycle through presets toggled by the reset button. It would have been helpful if this was in the documentation included with the computer or maybe a note. I would still give the support 5/5 given the responsiveness despite being able to solve the main technical issue that I ended up resolving myself. The Product: The computer itself is assembled really well and I would still recommend this purchase because the value of the parts themselves listed above were still significantly less than I was able to find individually. The cable management was actually really excellent. Cyberpower ships the system with cables neat, ziptied and even goes above and beyond to use electrical tape on certain connections, mainly RGB plugs, given that these connections could be shaken loose. However, the main issue I have with this build is mainly two things: 1. The included stick of RAM comes as a set of two, I assume only one was included to save costs. However, because this brand and model of RAM comes as a set of two, it's difficult to source a single stick of the same ram to match the one included. This is a minor issue as the RAM stick was at least in the correct slot and was a faster speed of RAM than advertised. I did end up purchasing a set of 2x16GB Teamgroup Vulcan DDR5 6000Mhz sticks to match the ones included as I intended to use this system to play Tarkov, which leads me to the second issue. 2. Upon addition of the second set of ram sticks, the CPU Cooler begins to fail at its job and highlight the issue of temperatures in the system. After some research, I discovered that the new Intel 13th Generation CPUs have high temperature dissipation requirements. In other words, it gets really hot and you need a CPU cooler that actually works well. Unfortunately, the 120mm AIO Cooler included tends to not do the job as I started getting CPU overheat error messages from the motherboard and blue screens playing Overwatch 2 on Epic settings and Tarkov on Medium settings. The tech support asked for HWMonitor data from the board, but my assumption based on reddit reviews were that they would RMA it and replace it with the same cooler, which would not resolve the issue. Instead, I opted to resolve it myself by adding the Deepcool LT520 240mm AIO Cooler. The temperature difference was huge. I was getting max temperatures of 80-90C with Overwatch 2 running on a dual monitor setup. After the addition of the new CPU cooler, the max temperatures measured do not exceed 60-70C. Conclusion: Despite the hardware issues presented above, I still think the value of the system is still above expected. The Customer support is responsive and the fast shipping and warranty service makes the purchase worth it in my opinion. What was really nice about the warranty service was that it's not voided should you decide to modify the parts in the computer. It does not protect you against user error, however, so buyer beware. Overall, I would say purchase this prebuild if you intend to change out the CPU Cooler or if CyberPower decides to add a better CPU cooler such as a 240mm AIO.

Great purchase. Received only about 5 days after purchasing with 2 day shipping. Everything came as ordered, no complaints and worked like a charm straight out of the box. One of the lights on the front rgb fan went out after a few hours, cosmetic. Haven’t had a chance to check connections but hopefully a minor fix. Hitting great fps on ultra on everything I throw at it. The CPU it comes with is a beast.

No problems at all. This is my second computer from cyberpowerpc and I have not had any issues.

I own the PREBUILT GAMING PC GLX 99174 ordered back in November and it works great, easy set up, fast for all my needs; I am a gamer/streamer/etc.. Before finding Cyberpower I had an brutal experience with a company called Asus, I had gotten a computer from them and after a few weeks it would blue screen and after 6 phone calls I sent the computer back for repairs, lets just say they ended up having the computer longer then I did trying to fix it (never figuring it out) and every time I called I got the "I'll escalate your request" but after doing that for 3 months I decided to go on the hunt for a new computer (scared to death though) and a good friend told me about Cyberpower and I am not disappointed. The computer is the quietest computer I have ever heard; well not heard. I was able to easily set up all my 4 monitor's even one being wireless. I 100% give 5 stars, if I could I would do more. I love the fact I can choose colors from ones that flash and others that don't. I was shocked how easy everything has been, has hook-ups and ports for everything I need. Thank you again Cyberpower for being a great company. I look forward to making them my go to for all my computer needs in the future.

Initially received a bad graphics card, but CyberPowerPC sent me a new card to install and everything works great. No complaints and happy with my purchase! Would make the same decision again.

No real complaints, so far so good.
