When I received my PC one of the flaps holding the box close had popped out of the tape. Luckily there was padding underneath and another box layer but wanted to mention that. It was a little scary to see the box had been half open during shipping.

You Swapped out my cooling fan without notifying me of needing a change. Pc works though. Would be better if I got all of what I ordered as it was ordered especially for the cost of it all.

It would have been nice to know that my package is going to need to be signed for before I purchased it. To have someone available to sign at the time of delivery, I had to make arrangements that was inconvenient for all the parties involved.

I couldn't find a better price on the hardware I got even if I built it myself. So I am pleased with my purchase. It is odd that after purchasing online I had to call to confirm my purchase. I feel like there has to be a better way to do that. Other than that though my experience was good and I am excited to have a new PC.

I am absolutely floored by the PC I was sent. Everything was perfect on the build, the wiring looks amazing, the team took the care to send me the extra parts that came with the various parts, the cabling was exactly where I expected to install additional hdds, and the windows install was clean so I didn’t have to reinstall windows. I am absolutely blown away by this service. I was about to pull the trigger on Mac Studio, I was thinking it over and scrolling Facebook and saw one of your ads. I built a machine just as powerful for half the price. Your marketing is working. Your build team is amazing.

Well, the price isn't really your fault, but it pains me. I was unable to change the delivery day because you had locked down ALL changes to the delivery. I suppose that's to combat fraud, but I had to have a neighbor come sit in my house.

????? Absolutely thrilled with my CyberPowerPC! I purchased this system specifically for my studio and game-development work, particularly Unreal Engine 5, and it has been an incredible machine for what I need. I work with demanding creative software and fairly heavy projects, so performance, stability, and having a PC I can rely on are extremely important to me. This system has handled my workflow beautifully and has become a major part of my studio setup. I especially appreciate having the power to work comfortably in UE5 while also handling the other applications involved in my development and creative pipeline. Everything feels fast, capable, and ready for serious production work. And I have to mention the **lights — I LOVE them!** The lighting makes the PC look amazing in my studio and gives the whole setup that extra personality and high-end gaming/workstation feel. It's powerful, but it also looks beautiful while doing the work. This wasn't just a casual PC purchase for me — it's a workstation that I'm using to build my projects and bring years of creative work to life, so I'm extremely happy with my decision. Thank you, CyberPowerPC, for an excellent system. I'm genuinely excited to see how far I can push this machine as my studio and projects continue to grow. Excellent in almost every way. I wish I could have saved my progress on building the components. I seem to recall that I picked a soundbar but then I looked at my order and my receipt and I didn't. 1 star for poor delivery. Uses UPS. UPS website gives options to change the delivery time and digitally sign. These services barely function. The box arrived with a clear dent in the cardboard. Thanks to quality packing by Cyberpower, there was no damage. UPS notified me that my package was "On the Way" 2 days after it left California. I am in New York. There is no way my package would be arriving at my house 2 days after it was shipped. I waited at home and it never arrived. Update from UPS: your package will arrive 3 days later. Yeah? No kidding.
