The system came in with no damages from shipping. The builders saw that I was building an all white case and used white cables without me having to tell them which was awesome. The system also came with a free 120mm fan since they couldn't mount my extra 140mm in the rear which was really awesome and above and beyond. The only things keeping this from a perfect 5 was the cable management could have been better, I did pay the extra for it and some wires were still visible in areas that could have been hidden.

I have bought my last three pc's from CyberPowerPC and I haven't had any issues with them. So, far the new pc has been excellent. I mainly play arpg's diablo 4, poe 1 ect...Makes me happy to have a very reliable and can count on us company with CyberPowerPC. The pc's have purchased from have always been great. I recommend to anyone needing a new PC.

The computer is great, no problems at all with the build or the parts. It was so well put together it was functionally plug and play. There is a flashing red light I have yet to identify the reason for, but I assume it’s in the manual. I also want to commend the builders for making it clean. It looks like an expert built the machine.

This is my second CyberPowerPC. The first one was a pre-built purchased on Amazon in 2018. I had zero problems with it and it took me through many quality adventures. This purchase is a custom build. It is really well put together and shipping was fast and safe. It was assembled and ready to go out of the box. I fired it up, did a few updates and was gaming in an hour it two. Cannot say enough about the quality and service of CyberPowerPC. Will recommend to anyone looking to buy a pc.

Was a delay with getting the system built because of CPUs which in today’s world is understandable. The responses were fast and courteous. This is not the first purchase and won’t be the last. Have always had a good experience with Cyberpower and will continue to use them as computer needs occur.
