I absolutely love CyberPower. I love the detail in the website when choosing parts. Not all parts have descriptions. I think a more in depth description can better for those who don't know and are new to the PC world. As far as what the parts do and work best with. Just saying, you might make more people become PC fans. I have tried other sites and they lack more information than what CyberPower already has displayed. I will be returning for another high profile gaming PC as well as to build one from scratch. I trust these guys.

Machine is great! Had a hiccup with my order and was initially pretty pissed to be told very late in the build process that the graphics card I selected was indefinitely out of stock (it was the primary reason for me to buy this machine). I had to reach out to support to get them to swap in a very similar card -- this should have been suggested to me when I was told the original board was out of stock (or maybe they should do a better job managing purchases and inventory)? But it was eventually sorted out and the machine was only a week late.
