My experience for this purchase was flawless- That's about all i can say- I had special shipment needs and their customer service handled it and even made a requested change on a last minute travel change of mine. Very courteous and handled it with perfection. The computer system is working flawless-- Exactly as purchased for an unbeatable price- No where- anywhere could i get the specifications i asked for close to the price that Cyberpower was able to provide me the complete system for. I was able to build my system with exactly what i needed and didnt need to meet my requirements. This creates a PC that gives you what you want and at the correct price- You are not overpaying for features that you dont need or will never use. I feel using the phrase professionally wired for what I received is generous at best. As someone who wired automation control panels for a living I was shocked when I opened the back of the case to find every wire zip tied together and called a day. Other than that I am happy.

Happy with the hardware, however there was a lack of documentation provided. I expected to receive product information for the various pieces, however only received a box with spare parts / power supply connectors.

Everything is great, but one cooling line was not properly fixed (or maybe moved during transportation), so it touched the case fan, making a loud crackling sound. It was an easy diagnosis and fix, as I have worked in IT for years, but less experienced customers could be disappointed.
