I had to go back through a couple of times, because the order would not go through on Firefox. eventually had to switch to chrome so the order could work.

Everything was good except my liquid cpu cooler came with multiple scratches on it. I’m paying a lot for this pc and it shouldnt have any scratches whatsoever. Very disappointing in that.

I am happy with how the build turned out. The base pc was a great starting point for me to customize each component that I wanted. All of the sales promotions is what made me order a custom pc through this company rather than my local Micro Center. The website was easy to navigate and is very intuitive.

The PC is great but the PCI riser got damaged in shipping. What makes up for the shipping issue is that contacting tech support was easy and I was able to just drive up and get it fixed quickly the next business day. Next time I buy a PC from you, I will just pick it up in person since it is not that far away.

Overall I’m very happy with the computer. I did make some adjustments to the fans and added an additional 120mm to the build (the configurator is capped at 6 or I would’ve selected 7). Aside from adding the additional fan, I also flipped the side fans so that way they were intake fans along with the bottom three. So the total ended up being 6 intake fans, and 4 exhaust fans (the 360mm AIO radiator and the 120mm rear exhaust fan) which I believe will be the most optimal airflow setup for the build. I was very happy with the wiring that was done, and I didn’t have any issues with the computer so far. I’ve ran it through multiple different tests to ensure everything is functioning properly and adjusted correctly. I might do some fine tweak tuning, but if I had no idea what I was doing, the build was pretty good overall the way it came to me. I know some customers have run into issues with prebuilts, but my experience was completely different from those instances. Great job guys, and thanks for working hard to get it all together with an amazing presentation! It’s just what I wanted when I built/designed it online.

With 3 day rush and 3 day shipping, the system took 9 business days to arrive- 10 if the Saturday evening it was delivered on is counted. That was irritating but it did show up and it's awesome!

My only issue is due to some issues with shipping address I missed out on the original price I was going to purchase the computer at. It was 949 and then went up $200 in the time it took to sort out the shipping address issue. There was 0 assistance offered on this except for being told to check back and purchase later when a new deal pops up. That’s kind of shitty.

Overall the purchasing experience was quite pleasant. The only option I wouldn't mind is a lack of Windows included. Not looking for Linux pre-installed, but Windows isn't necessarily needed on custom PC orders. Also is there no option for additional internal storage? Seems odd since the motherboard options offered have multiple m.2 slots, and SATA ports.

Overall I’m happy with my new pc. Had a loose fan that I needed to tighten back down & a few stickers that were incredibly difficult to get off the hardware & fans after they were mounted, but overall the pc looks great, runs smooth & makes me happy with to look at. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars

It’s very nice to have all the customization options it feels like I’m really in control of my purchase, pc came in worked out of the boxes, everything was seated properly, couldn’t find any screws loose, outside of the AIO wire being routed over the motherboard wiring was clean. Having xmp/exo and resizable bar enabled in bios already was nice along with it being up to date on the drivers and update would make it easy for someone who’s just getting into PCs. Was a great experience I bought a prebuilt of yours from Best Buy 7 years ago and that pc still works to this day with no glaring issues outside of some software problems that was an easy fix. Made it easy to come back to you all for this pc.

Delivery issue was carrier's fault. Second issue happens in my neighborhood. Glad signature is required. PC finally arrived safe and sound. PC was packed well and survived its adventure. Hooked it up and runs great. No issues. Patricia M in Customer Satisfaction was very helpful.

Not a bot or AI, I got this and works fine. A great transition for console gamers to embarking on PCs. It came quick as they mentioned and worth the price so long as they keep it that way lol.

Great buying experience overall and quite happy with the PC. A little disappointed in the use of so many components commonly considered to be on the “budget” end in terms of quality relative to price but I suppose that’s to be expected with these prebuilt PCs. Overall I still feel the price was fair I simply would have appreciated more transparency around specific brand/version of power supply, Motherboard, SSD, etc…
