Same as above, PC has been running great for a couple weeks now. No signs of major issues with the hardware. It's running my most taxing games (like Crusader Kings 3) with ease. My previous PC, which I also bought from Cyberpower (albeit about 6 years old now) was struggling to keep up. It would take 8 minutes to load the game and once playing it would rapidly jump up to 80% RAM usage and on occasion crash as it capped out. CK3 is a unique game in that it's not graphically intensive like most games, it's very CPU and RAM intensive, so I needed a upgrade in those departments. Currently this new PC can load CK3 in 1 minute compared to 8, and I rarely see my RAM pop above 40% usage even after a couple hours of playing. Thanks again!

Would have liked the option to max out the memory. Especially on such a high end computer. On a sales call, it was stated that I could not go beyond 64GB

Runs like a beast. Very well built with plenty of room for airflow and A+ wire management

Excellent quality, as always. The mouse has a part loose inside. Rattles around if I shake it. Must not be an important bit because it appears to work fine. Sounds like a tine screw.

The system works as well as I expected by just knowing I ordered the best parts for my needs. The case I ordered was not available but the case used is fine and works well although I wanted one with USB ports on the front cover and this unit does not have them so I had to order a separate USB panel for it. All in All I am happy with this system (I installed my best video card from my old system "EVGA 980 ti" in it to replace the crap one I ordered so as to save 700 bucks on the system price). Build quality was fine but wiring behind rear panel was sloppy( even though no one can see it it should be better) Thanks for saving me big on a high quality gaming machine.
