I’m extremely happy with my CyberPowerPC build. From start to finish, the support team was helpful, friendly, and quick to respond, big ups to Warren for answering every question I had and making sure my requests went through smoothly. The system arrived fast, packaged well, and the build quality is super clean. Cable management is tight, temps are great, and performance is honestly way beyond what I expected. My upgrade from a 2060/11400F to a 5060 Ti 16GB + 7800X3D is insane, every game I’ve tested so far is running extremely high FPS with no stutters, and the system stays quiet even under load. My 200Hz monitor pairs perfectly with it, and overall the whole setup feels like a massive leap. Everything worked out of the box, all parts matched exactly what I ordered, and the value for the price I paid is unbeatable. This is easily the best PC experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommend CyberPowerPC, 5/5 stars.

I've placed three orders in the last few months. On two of the three, I've had one machine come damaged/DOA. They need to package items better, assuming they didn't ship that way! RMAs take 2+ weeks, even when the machine is brand new. And they don't have an easy way of not charging sales tax up-front. Very frustrating.
