Navigating the website and checkout was quick and easy. The sales team was very helpful in allowing me to change part of my build. I do wish that the brands used were listed for all parts on the website. The order progress and shipping timeline were transparent. Pricing was easy to navigate and offered great value. I do think having to pay extra to have safer packing internally and to have “professional wiring” is ridiculous when purchasing a $2k+ system. I believe that should be standard on any high priced system.

Overall, nice pleasant purchase experience. Do like the sales team reaching out via CRM email. Will buy again in future. -- pet annoyance -- charging $19 or so for foam padding protection, that's a nickel and dime scheme (don't like it) -- I thought the computer arriving defect free is actually a benefit for the seller (and buyer) saving both parties time/hassle in service/returns, especially knowing that the item will be thrown around during shipping (box did came ding). Anyway pet peeve, if choice of two sellers, -- I would choose the seller that does not nickel and dime. I hope sharing that honest feedback helps. Good luck in your business endeavor. - Michael

I feel like it should be more obvious or explained whether a PSU is modular or not. I should have totally just been paying attention, but I definitely think a less experienced customer will have no idea what a modular psu actually means, and it should get the same helpful treatment with popups warning the customer that other elements of the custom ordering system had. I appreciate the cable management job that has been done, but I realized as soon as I started transplanting some of my drives into the PC that a lot of the spare parts/screws for say the extra M2 slots, drive bays were not included. Not an issue for a novice buyer, but it is obnoxious to have to source my own spare parts when I know they probably came with the motherboard order. Other than those two issues, I enjoyed the purchase, and so far have no complaints with the PC. I appreciated that Bios were properly updated before shipping, which is the consistent problem my friends have had with pre-built pcs. The Mother's day sale was a bit too high-pressure for my usual preferences, but it also got me to buy, so I can't be too mad about that. Keep it up!

This system is my 5th purchase of a Cyberpower PC. I absolutely love being able to go online to the Cyberpower website and build the computer I am looking for. The website is incredible. Updates from the sales people on the status of my order/build is phenomenal. The build quality of my PCs have been top rate. When I get my PC I KNOW it is built well and I will not have any worries regarding the longevity of the computer. The price is incredible. Shipping is very quick. I truly love my computers and having them built by Cyberpower adds to that love. Getting a computer from Cyberpower is guaranteeing you a computer that is superior in quality and in price. A Dell computer or HP will be more than what I pay for in a Cyberpower PC, and will not be even half of the quality of a Cyberpower PC - in terms of chose of a mother board, memory, video card, and those items I insist on having in a PC I purchase.

GPU seems to have been damaged in transit. Foam did not work as well as expected. GPU support brackets should be standard for all builds to accommodate heavy GPUs.

Fan on the CPU heatsink had come disconnected during shipping, had to find both connectors and reattach. This is why Quality and Overall rate are 4 instead of 5.

My only real complaint was shipping. It was a tad slow, but understandable. The big issue was spending that much on a PC, excitement of getting it, then it’s shipped in a box that tells the world what it is with a picture. Seems unsafe, but it arrived and well packaged. I’d order again in a heartbeat, but wish they’d use a less conspicuous box.

Everything was smooth, parts seem to be of good quality, cable management is actually really clean so kudos to the builder. Just one observation, the fan rgb cable wasn't connected so I had to do some research on how to turn off rgb and there weren't any inductions included about it either. Other than that, really good experience.

Automated system for handling issues and returns was quite slow and unresponsive. After two days of waiting for further information, I called for a live person, and they were able to assist me easily and quickly. Additionally, pre-built systems should provide more details as to the build and contents of the computer.

Overall, pleased with the purchased. Prices are high due to current environment, when ordered the website said delivered Wednesday, email said delivery will be Thursday, called Friday and was told delivery would be Monday due to parts shortage. No one answered the chat/email inquiry, and you did not reach out to update me on the delivery schedule. Poor service there. A couple screws missing from build but nothing I didn't have. Overall, would recommend.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is not against Cyberpower. UPS classified it as a delivery requiring a signature, but left the package in front of my front door with no signature. Other than that the whole process was fantastic.
