- Polar Star – Tartaglia’s Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will increase by 12%. He gains 1 stack of Byakuya Kyousei for 12 seconds when dealing Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst on an opponent. When you gain 1/2/3/4 stacks of the Byakuya Kyousei are present, Tartaglia’s Attack is increased by 10/20/30/48%. The stack of the Byakuya Kyousei created by Tartaglia’s Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will count independently of others.
- Thundering Pulse – Tartaglia’s Attack is increased by 20%, which will grant the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem will increase his Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40%. Tartaglia will also obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem when:
- Normal Attack deals DMG, which lasts up to 5 seconds.
- Elemental Skill stack lasts up to 10 seconds.
- A stack will also disappear when Tartaglia’s Energy Stack. Each stack’s duration is calculated independently.
