The King of Fighters XV – New Character: Krohnen

I’ve played my share of 2D fighting games in the past, but among all of the non-weapon-based fighting titles, only two stood out. Of course, like many gamers who have embraced fighting games, Street Fighter was their primary go-to. However, another fighting game franchise captured a large piece of the fighting game pie, and that was the King of Fighters series.

It’s been quite a while since the King of Fighters’ developer, SNK, put out a new game in their storied series. Therefore, fans of the franchise were blown away by SNK’s announcement that their newest entry, King of Fighters XV, was going to be released in 2021. Due to complications from the virus lockdowns in 2020, the game became delayed until 2022, which is right around the corner. But there’s also a new development…
