It’s official, Tekken 7 will be released for Microsoft Windows gaming PCs and laptops this June 2, and we couldn’t be more excited. As stated by its game producer, Katsuhiro Harada, Tekken 7 will introduce a darker storyline, revolving around the Mishima Feud and the origins of the Devil Gene. It will also serve as the conclusion of the Mishima clan saga.
But aside from its full-length story mode, fans are also excited to see the new faces that will be introduced in the game. Let’s check them out:
Katarina Alves
Katarina Alves is a sassy mouth Brazilian fighter who practices the art of Savate, a French martial art with the elements of western boxing and graceful kicking techniques. According to her profile, she was an orphan who lost her parents at a young age and was adopted by a kind-hearted man. One day, her adoptive father vanished, and the only way she thought she could find him is by joining the King of the Iron Fish Tournament.
Claudio Serafino
Claudio Serafino is an Italian man who is a part of a secret society of exorcists called The Sirius Marksmen. His fighting style is the Sirius-Style Exorcism Sorcery, a magic-based combat combined with flamboyant strikes and kicks. His goal is to investigate the Mishima clan and eliminate the Devil Gene curse.
Lucky Chloe
Lucky Chloe is an otaku and pop sensation. She is also the endorser of the G Corporation brand. She is known for her kitten-themed costume and her unique “Freestyle Dance” fighting style.
Josie Rizal
Josie Rizal is a young Filipino woman who practices the art of Kickboxing and Eskrima, a style that focuses on countering attacks rather than aggressive striking. After being rescued by Kuma during a post-Typhoon incident, Josie was inspired to become a part of Mishima Zaibatsu’s Tekken Forces.
Gigas
Gigas is a red-skinned behemoth humanoid with a mirrored helmet consisting of six eyes and matching black steel collar. He is G Corporation’s latest biological weapon that is created to provoke Heihachi Mishima.
Jack 7
Jack 7 is the newest model of the Jack series. His features include a slightly modified design with red hair and green glowing arms. Similar to the previous Jack series, he uses his brute force to pummel his enemies.
Kazumi Mishima
Kazumi Mishima is Heihachi’s wife and the mother of Kazuya, and the first one in the family to the Devil Gene. Her fighting style is the Hachijo Style Karate, which bears a similar combat style to the Mishima Style Fighting Karate. Like her son and grandson, Kazumi has a devil form. She can also levitate and summon a tiger.
Shaheen
Shaheen is a Saudi Arabian man known for his Military Fighting Style, a combat style that prioritizes kicks and acrobatics. He works for a private military firm that specializes in the provision of security services.
Master Raven
Master Raven is a UN intelligence agent whose mission is to infiltrate the King of Iron Fist Tournament. She practices the art of Ninjutsu which focuses on unconventional warfare, espionage, and assassination popularly practiced by shinobis or ninjas.
