Double Fine Studio has revealed that the upcoming sequel to the adventure-platform game, Psychonauts, is coming this year. The game will be released for gaming PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Psychonauts 2 will follow Razputin Aquato, who is a trained acrobat and powerful young psychic. He dreams of becoming a member of the Psychonauts, an international psychic espionage organization.
In this sequel, the player takes on the character of Razputin Aquato as he tries to become one of the Psychonauts, an organization of psychic super spies. Little does he know that the Psychonauts and all of its members are in trouble. It seems that their leader hasn’t been the same since he was kidnapped. And what’s even worse is that there is possibly a mole hiding in the headquarters. To save the day, Raz must use his psychic powers to stop the mole before the enemies decide to execute their plan. And that plan is to bring the murderous psychic villain named Maligula back from the dead.
