Riot has finally revealed the newest champion in their roster last week, a Vastayan character named Neeko.
According to her lore, Neeko is a shapeshifter that came a from a long-lost tribe of Vastaya, a group of chimeric creatures gifted with spiritual magic, and has both human and animal characteristics. Also called as the Curious Chameleon, Neeko can use the energy of nature and transform into someone she knows.

ABILITIES
Passive: Inherent Glamour
Inherent Glamour is Neeko’s passive skill which allows her to transform and disguise herself as one of her ally champions. However, casting her skills Blooming Burst or Tangle-Barbs will break the illusion but also increase the passive ability to cool down. Taking damage from enemy champions can also break the illusion.
Q: Blooming Burst
Blooming Burst upon activation will allow Neeko to propel a seed into a target area, which then blooms and damages enemies in the area. If the seed burst kills an enemy or damages an enemy champion or large monster, the seed will burst again up to two times.
W: Shape Splitter
Shape Splitter both have a passive and active effect. Its passive deals bonus magic damage and an increase in movement speed upon every third basic attack which resonates with her spiritual energy.
Its active effect, Neeko will briefly slip out of sight, becoming invisible. She also gains movement speed, then sends a temporary clone of her current form running in a chosen direction.
E: Tangle-Barbs
Tangle-barbs is Neeko’s third skill, which allows her to sling a magical spiral in a direction. The magic attack damages and briefly roots enemies it passes through. The last champion hit will be rooted longer.
R: Pop Blossom
Pop Blossom is Neeko’s ultimate ability. She charges herself with spiritual energy, and then leaps into the air, gaining shield and slowing enemies nearby. Upon landing, she releases a burst of energy that damages enemies and stuns them in the area.
