Minecraft Adds New Nether Update For Your Gaming PC

Minecraft finally released its latest major update called the “Nether Update.” It features new biomes, mobs, structures, blocks, and visual effects to the Nether to enhance its scary atmosphere. According to Saxs Persson, Creative Director at Minecraft, the new update will add more features to “enhance its atmosphere.”

The Nether Update was first revealed during the MINECON Live which was held on September 28th, where the developers discussed it. The update adds a new Target block, which acts as a projectile hit detector. Aside from that, the update will also add the Soulsand Valley and Netherwart Forest biomes

The Piglin Beasts and Piglin mobs are also introduced as part of the new update. This brings a brand new civilization to the Minecraft universe.

The developers also confirmed that Minecraft will introduce the Bees, Beehives, and a new Honey Block. These bees will help pollinate flowers and crops, which will arrive at the Bedrock and Java editions sometime before the holidays.

Aside from the Nether Update, the developers also discussed the Character Creator. This easy-to-use system will allow players to customize their characters with both free and paid content. Free ones include more than a hundred features focused on hair, eyes, mouths, facial hair, skin textures, and body sizes. As for the paid content, there will be a range of custom accessories created by the Minecraft team.
