League of Legends Introduces New Champion Akshan

league of legends akshan

League of Legends introduces a new champion into the Summoner’s Rift. His name is Akshan, the Rogue Sentinel. Akshan is highly skilled in the art of stealth combat. Using his keen sense of justice and his legendary death-reversing weapon, he hopes to right the wrongs of Runeterra’s scoundrels.

Check out Akshan’s abilities below:

Passive – Dirty Fighting

For every three hits from Akshan’s attacks and damaging abilities, enemies will deal a burst of physical damage. If the player targets a champion, Akshan gets a shield. After attacking, Akshan can fire a second attack which deals reduced physical damage. If the player cancels the second shot, Akshan will gain a burst of move speed.

Q – Avengerang

Askhan throws a boomerang which deals physical damage and will reveal the enemies it hit. This ability extends its range every time it hits an enemy. Askhan’s enemies can be hit once as the boomerang goes out and once it returns to him.

W – Going Rogue

Passive: When an enemy champion is able to kill one of Akshan’s allies, they are going to be marked as Scoundrels. When he gets a takedown on a Scoundrel, Akshan will be able to gain bonus gold. All allies killed by the Scoundrel will be resurrected at their base. If this happens, the Scoundrel status is removed from all enemy champions.

Active: Askhan becomes camouflaged for a short duration or indefinite while near a terrain. At this time, Akshan can see trails leading towards enemy champions marked with Scoundrels. He also gains movement speed and mana regeneration while moving towards them.

E – Heroic Swing

Askhan fires a hook shot which embeds in the first terrain hit. While it is embedded, Askhan can recast to swing around the terrain in the cast direction. He also fires physical damage bullets at the nearest enemy while swinging. While swinging, Askhan can recast again to jump off in the direction of the player’s cursor and fire a final shot.

Heroic Swing cooldown will reset when Akshan earns a takedown on an enemy champion.

R – Comeuppance

Akshan locks onto an enemy champion then begins channeling power into his gun to store the bullets. At the end of the duration or after recasting, Askhan will unleash his stored bullets. Each stored bullet will deal physical damage based on missing health to the first minion, champion, or structure hit.
