The upcoming third-person action-adventure game, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, finally has an official release date. According to its developer, Ember Lab, the game will be released on PS4, PS5, and gaming pc via Epic Games Store on August 24, 2021.
Kena: Bridge of Spirits will both have a standard edition and a deluxe digital edition. The standard edition will cost $39.99, while the deluxe digital edition will cost $49.99. The difference is that the deluxe digital edition will include exclusive items such as a golden Rot skin, an in-game silver staff, and the game’s soundtrack.
The developers also confirmed that whatever edition you decide to buy on PlayStation entitles you to receive both the PS4 and PS5 digital copies of the game.
Ember Lab COO Josh Grier said that the team is taking the next few months to further polish and optimize the game. He also shared that developing Kena: Bridge of Spirits has been quite an experience, especially that it is the studio’s first title and that the development happened during the pandemic.
