Genshin Impact Version 2.4, titled Fleeting Colors in Flight, will bring three 5-star Liyue characters to the Lantern Festival. These five-star characters are Xiao, Ganyu, and Zhongli.
Xiao is an Adeptus that guards Liyue against monsters and corrupted beings, while Ganyu is a half-qilin Adeptus who serves as the general secretary of the Liyue Qixing. Zhongli is the current vessel of the Geo Archon, Morax.
With these three amazing playable characters in the Genshin Impact 2.4 update, players are having difficulty choosing which one to get. Here’s a quick rundown of what each character can do at your party.
Xiao
Xiao is released alongside the new 5-star Cryo character, Shenhe. He is a great character to choose if looking for a solid Anemo damage-dealer. Xiao happens to be one of the best DPS (damage-per-second) dealers in the game.
One of Xiao’s greatest strengths is that his Elemental Burst allows him to strike from air and come crashing down on opponents. This makes him a suitable character when exploring the map. Plus, plunging from any height won’t cause Xiao to take any damage.
Xiao’s close-range attacks are fast and easy to use. He can also deal continuous massive damage without any constellation needed.
Ganyu
Another great DPS character in the game is Ganyu. She is a five-star Cryo bow user who damages her enemies by charging her arrows with Cryo damage. She has a high base of Critical Damage, which goes from 50% at Level 20 to 78.4% at Level 80.
Ganyu also has multiple AoE (Area of Effect) skills, including her Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst.
Similar to Xiao, Ganyu can deal massive damage even at Constellation 0. She can also provide great Cryo Damage Bonus Support for Klee or Tartaglia.
Zhongli
Zhongli is the first 5-star Geo character that was introduced in the game. He has one of the largest AoE (Area-of-Effect) Geo Damage.
Zhongli also can generate tough shields that can withstand most enemy attacks. Not only that, but he can also petrify enemies with his Elemental Burst.
And the best thing about Zhongli, he can drain the Geo Element from Enemies.
