The first quarter of the year is almost over! But it won’t be going anywhere without us dropping off some of the best games in 2019. So whether you’re looking for a new game to download on your gaming PC or something to feature on your blog, you might want to check out our two-part blog posts about the 10 Best PC Game Releases this March 2019.

Let’s start with the first five games:

Dead or Alive 6

Dead or Alive 6 is a fighting video game from Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo, and the sequel to Dead or Alive 5. The game features 27 playable fighters, with two new characters introduced in the roster of returning characters named Diego and NiCO. Its story mode follows the events of Dead or Alive 5 after Kasumi retired from her ninja clan and went into the mountain to live peacefully. However, a new threat had emerged which left her no choice but to fight again.

ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove

The ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove is the newest entry in the ToeJam & Earl video game series. It has the same gameplay as the original ToeJam & Earl for Sega Genesis, which involves searching and exploring a set of massive floating islands. The game also features a new rhythm-based mini-game called “Jam Out.” According to developers, the game will feature nine different playable characters and a four-player cooperative.

Left Alive

Left Alive is a survival shooter video game from Square Enix, which is set in the universe of Front Mission. The game tells the story of survival from the perspective of three different protagonists as they try to stay alive in the midst of a devastating invasion set in the war-torn Novo Slava in the year 2127. Players can choose their own playing style, depending on their strategy. They can want to fight back using frenetic guns, or either dispatch their enemies using stealth and wit.

Devil May Cry 5

Devil May Cry 5 is the latest game in the popular Devil May Cry series. The game stays true to its action-adventure hack-and-slash playstyle and runs with the RE Engine to attain its photorealistic graphics. The plot now follows the journey of Nero as he set up his own demon-hunting agency, and starts hunting down the mysterious figure who took his demon arm. Meanwhile, Dante teams up with a strange man named “V,” who hires him to find the person behind the recent demon attacks in the area.

The Caligula Effect: Overdose

The Caligula Effect: Overdose is a JRPG from Aquaria that is a remake of the PlayStation Vita game and was first released in June 2016. Similar to other JRPGs, The Caligula Effect: Overdose has turn-based combat gameplay, where each party is composed of up to four playable characters. It is set in a virtual world known as Mobius, where a group called Go Home Club tries to take down a god-like overseer program called μ and its supporters Ostinato Musicians.
