Thanks for an overall great purchase! Installed my Nvidia 8600 GT video card and it fired right up! Had a problem with an ATI driver error message, but uninstalled that and runs good now. I could have assembled my own system in a more timely fashion with manufacturers I would have preferred and better price, but chose cyberpowerpc for the 3 yr warranty, assembly and tech support if ever needed.
I have a couple lower ranked items due to the following (mostly case related):
1) The original case I purchased was not available, which ended up costing me $20 more (for the 'or equal' case) due to no Rebate for the case. I really wanted the Cooler Master case too! This case lacks dust filters and other little options that I liked on the RC-590. I see that Newegg sells the same case for $20 less than the Cooler Master RC-590 AND is still available on their website!
2) The case I received has a large fan on top that glows red. I tried to find out how to turn off the LED, but no luck so far turning it off.
3) The case also has a 1" long or so scratch on the top edge. It came packaged well though without any major damage.... except one of the plastic feet on the case fell off! I was able to reinstall after 10 minutes of trying to pry the mangled plastic tabs back in place.
4) Shipping cost was a little outrageous and nearly canceled my order when I got to that section of payment! Wish you would specify shipping cost as the first line item and really expected to see free shipping with such a high cost purchase and after all the time I spent researching the options available to me.
Overall I am happy with my purchase and will surely do business with you again. I will also refer others looking for a custom assembly, but will warn them about shipping costs and unknown manufacturers of some items.
