Cyberpower,
I received my order on 2/5/2010 for my order. What an amazing testament to quality workmanship! I am completely happy with the service that you provide and the quality of my build and will definately be a future customer.
Now for the bad news.
My machine was built with the request of an ATI Radeon HD 5850. My machine was sent with the Sapphire version of this card.
As you may or may not know, AMD/ATI is having a huge problem with the 5800 series of cards that was unknown to me when I made this build.

My card and system have never been "tweaked" or "overclocked" and everything is running at Stock. I am running Windows 7 64bit and have been advised by Sapphire and AMD/ATI both to contact Cyberpower for the next steps and options. As I am approaching the 30 day mark, that is what I am doing. As I have tried nearly every Driver fix that Sapphire and AMD have sent me, they have determined I most likely have a card from the lot of known bad cards with Voltage issues.
As this is not a software issue, id like to discuss my options of a replacement or upgrade (I'd pay the difference of course)
As I said otherwise I am ecstatic at my experience with Cyberpower and I am sure this issue will be resolved as quickly and easily as possible.

love this computer very much. it arrived on time and everything works. just remember to get the extra protection when configuring your computer.not only will you have peace of mind it will actually protect your computer. if i had bought this computer from another site it would have cost at least couple of hundred more. so thank you CP and may you have great success.
