I have been buying from CyberPower for at least 15 to 18 years now. I appreciate the quality the pricing especially during sales. I usually wait till there’s a sale, but I know that I’ll get quality when I order from CyberPower. One need I kind of have an issue with but not enough to change from excellent is the ability to pick up from my main hub UPS!! I work away from home and can’t be there for a delivery. I appreciate the security of it but I can provide ID at UPS. So, my son was home, which this was a gift for his 19th birthday next month. I didn’t want him to know and was going to hide it but couldn’t pass up the sale and I know some times it takes a little longer. UPS pickup would work better for me. But I appreciate this company very much.

This is my 3rd machine from this company. I bought the first one in 2002 and it is still sitting there plugging along. I have only had a great experience with them. The website made it easy to customize my machine exactly the way I wanted it. In 20+ years I have only had to contact support twice and both times they were excellent. When I decide to buy another machine I will definitely be looking here first.

This is my third purchase from CyberPowerPC, and it’s the best one yet. The ordering process was simple, pricing was competitive, and the system arrived quickly and well-packaged. The PC was exactly as advertised and has performed flawlessly right out of the box. Build quality is excellent, cable management is clean, and setup was quick and easy. What if I wanted to expand to 128gigs of RAM? That option isn't available. I looked and looked but couldn't locate a Full-Tower case for my build. Have you moved away from those?

Misleading photo, I expected 7 total fans in the system but there was only 4, everything else was great.

I love this PC so far. I had an issue with the wrong antenna being sent but was quickly responded to and the correct one is on the way. Shipping process was weird. When I made my purchase it said ships next business day. Yet I received an email that said it would take 10-15 days to process. Then I got an email that said it shipped LOL. So it did ship on time but was a confusing process because of the email that said it would take 10-15 days to process. All in all so far my experience with you guys has been great.

The system itself it good, although the selection of parts could have been better. Personally, i replaced the cpu air cooler as soon as i got the pc with the actual cooler that i wanted but wasnt an option in the custom build list. Also i had to choose the lowest gpu i could find from the list instead of just opting out of a gpu altogether since I already had one ready. The total time from purchase to delivery was roughly three weeks, which is understandable. The email updates were also nice, although the actual delivery was very limited in what i could choose as far as a window or even pickup as an option.

My only complaint is the webiste itself. There is no way to start a build from scratch that i could find. Selecting a prebuilt and modifying it works extremely well, but some indication on the main page telling customers that is how it works would be helpful. If i had not previously purchased through Cyberpower and knew this to the case, I would have gone elsewhere.
