The machine is fantastic and a super value. Everything arrived in good shape and was just as advertised. All connectors and cards were where they should be. Powered up no problem. Really am very happy with this purchase and experience.

So far, this system has been great. This is the 1st desktop we've purchased in a while, usually a laptop, and I cannot say anything bad about it.

I ordered a CyberPower Prebuilt Gaming PC GLX 99611 system on December 26th and it arrived 5 days earlier than expected. That's great customer service to get the system early! The system has been running smooth and reliable. I play mostly Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on ultra settings with no stutters and at great frame rates too.

Ordered the system on the 22nd of December after looking for weeks for a great system at a great price. This led me to the Prebuilt Gaming PC GLX 99611. The system arrived the next day, before dinner! I was so surprised that they got the order here so quick, especially since it was past the Christmas rush shipping date. So far, the system has been running amazingly with no lags or stutters. I've been able to seamlessly switch between tasks, or even have programs open while I'm running games, which I was unable to due with my previous system due to it's age. The system came expertly packaged with foam inside the computer making sure nothing was bouncing around during transit. The only thing I can't figure out is the RGB on the rig itself, it just stays green. I'm sure I can figure that out with some research on my end, or the amazing customer service team CyberPower provides. Overall, I'm pleased with the speed the build arrived, the cleanliness of the wiring, and the expert packaging to ensure nothing moved. Thanks CyberPower for another amazing rig!

The system is doing the job I purchased it for. It did arrive with some connectors unplugged for the fans. After searching information out online I was able to remove the cover and reconnect the wires.
