Probably not cyberpowers fault but the box was damaged when delivered in a couple of places, and the inside boxes with parts in them were a wreck. Also the mouse supplied with the computer has a sticky right key that screaks when used. I haven't called them about it because i am not going to stay on the phone for hours trying to get a replacement. Otherwise the computer itself is very good and was really setup well for immediate use. Overall I was satisfied and have purchased from Cyberpower before and in doing so again I have just set my mind to the fact that if I have any problems that it will take a long time to get them resolved, so hopefully I don't run into anything, except that mouse problem. I purchased the 1 year full warranty just in case and hopefully that will expedite things a little better if there are problems.

Well-built and shows a good attention to detail and quality, from the packing to the build itself. The primary NVME drive died the first day, but that's not CPC's fault; electronics typically "fail fast", so to speak, and if they survive an initial burn-in period they typically live for quite a while in my experience.
