When I submitted my order I asked for the raid to be partitioned into two different sizes which I specified. Unfortantly that did not happen. Other then that I have no complaints.

For the website: I would have added in extra system fans during the build but you do not specify what size fans would be installed. i.e. 120mm, 60mm etc etc.

Everything is great. The only area for improvement would be the interactivity of the website. It would be nice if invalid options were taken care of there at the front of the process instead of during manufacturing. This is however, a minor point. It is a great product.

Service was punctual. Sent me my PC 5 days earlier than the planned date. But din get the 3 extra case fans I ordered. But they apologized and will send it ASAP. Hope they introduce international orders soon . Will expand the customer horizon alot more.

Excellent build quality.
Quick receiving from the time of order until the unit was received on my doorstep.
I haven't had to call Tech Support yet, so unable to comment on it yet.

I choose to pick up my order. I received an e-mail around 11:30 am on Friday indicating my order was ready for pickup and if I wanted to pick up on Saturday that I needed to call to make an appointment. I didn't read this e-mail until after I got home from work between 5:30 and 6. I figured I would call first thing Saturday morning and make an appointment for pickup. I called and was told I could not do this because the warehouse was closed and that I needed to call on Friday. Then I asked if I could make an appointment for the following Saturday. I was told again, that I needed to call the day before to pickup on Saturday. I ended up leaving at lunch time from work and picked up my order during the week. The e-mail DID NOT specify that I needed to call the day before for a Saturday pickup. I understand now, because the warehouse was closed, but as a first time buyer I wasn't aware of this. This needs to be added to e-mails sent out for customer pickups.

Rock Solid computer, everything as I ordered it. recieved my computer within a week of order.
