I loved the purchase and loved the equipment purchase. These deals were the best out there and I couldn't pass it up. Care was taken with equipment during shipment. The only issue I would have is that I was too excited and wished it had been delivered quicker but I understand lots of orders and its custom built to order.

I've been a customer over 10 years. Always happy. Referred dozens of people. This new rig I got is amazingly put together. My only complaint is that on the inside of the case where the power supply is, is scratched up. Not worth the time and effort to send back. A little tough up paint will secure it. But just disappointing after 10 years of flawlessness. Love cyber power.

so i got a custom pre-built i7 13700kf 32gb ddr5 6000hz ram rtx4070ti couple complaints so far but no big issue yet cyberpower is correcting them the extra m.2 slot didn't come with the screw so i reached out and they are sending me one no manuals for the parts that are in the pc but cyberpower sent me the manuals through email how ever i did need to tap on the computer case for the rgb to start working but i only had to do it twice the first day and hasn't happen again so far the computer looks clean a.f idk if the gpu came with the gpu sag bracket but if it didn't its there it literally would of costed me the same amount of money to build this unit my self that's why i went with cyberpower to get that warranty 10/10 would buy from them again
