I believe Comodo offers the best security because they have the most effective philosophy.

Stop the virus before it infects you with HIPS. Basically, Whitelisting is much more effective then Blacklisting because new malware is made daily.

They have a free version of the Internet Security, which provides a Firewall, Antivirus, and Maleware protection.

Comodo Firewall is regarded as one of the best on the market -- what's best is that's even free also.

Comodo also offers great support, even to free users. I've had much better results from Comodo in support, and overall effectiveness of their product then with mainstream products such as Norton.

I been in the beta Testing of the Firewall and the Antivirus and I can't recommend Comodo enough on the final product, they're the best.

Review -- The best Free internet security suite.

I used Nod32, for me its the best antivirus. I've been using it for a year now and it doesn't fail to protect my PC.The best part is that it is very light on system resources while providing the best protection for the viruses. It prevents the virus infected files in the temporary internet files folder and deletes them there.

There are many . AVG is not top among them . when you say # 1 , it depends . Norton claims the # 1 spot . It does not mean they are the best . It means they sell more than anyone else . If anyone needs help in choosing , let me know . I do not sell . I just know what works and what does not . Too many variables to add here .

Avira is not bad but , they have now added the ASK toolbar to the free version and there is no way to opt out . And Avira can find lots but , it is so-so at removal .
