For Unreal Tournament 1999,

Enchanced OpenGL Driver

Just Follow the Directions and Install the Driver and  then switch to OpenGL render. It will give the old game better graphics!

For Unreal Tournament 2004 and 64-bit systems,

Go Here

1) Install the latest 32-bit patch
2) Install the latest 64-bit patch
3) Run the 64-bit exe and enjoy better performance.
