Ever since I got my new Windows 10 PC in September, the screen may flicker once or twice before booting up. Specifically on the MSI motherboard screen. This is no issue as it only flickers once or twice...however....

When going into Safe Mode or to the Bitlocker sign-in screen, the screen is constantly flickering on and off forever. Tried to find answers, but nothing fixed it. Installed updated drivers and all.

Some links

Try
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Go to Display Option menu
3. go to " 3D Refresh rate Override option
4. Change the value from Disable to whatever your monitor refresh value ( mostly 60Hz )
6. Click Apply & OK
7. Restart the computer.
Remember valor, honor, independence, family & clan; I do whenever I hear the ceol mor, the "great music" of the Highland bagpipe. I swear upon the holy iron of my dirk that I will not forget.
