I have had my CYBERPOWERPC GAMER X122 BLAK (X228R) for about to weeks and now it ist giving me an error (PCI simple communications controller)  It will no longer use my dvd blueray or any disc at all.  If someone knows how to fix or knows where I need to go to fix, it's much appreciated.

You should contact our tech support at 1-888-900-5180 so they can help you.  The phone system will ask you if you ordered directly from CyberPower or from an etailer.  You will need to use the etailer option and one of the operators will be able to help you.
