When I purchased a Cyberpower PC from Best Buy in summer 2016, I was surprised by its noise. I'd owned three computers previously, all of which quietened down immediately after the initial bootup.  My Cyberpower unit, however, is only silent when it's asleep or shut off; otherwise its fans create a constant humming which would be distracting if I didn't play music over it.  This unit is the first I've ever had with a dedicated graphics card, however, and the first with multiple fans at work, not to mention the first with a transparent side panel that possibly leaks more noise than  full plastic/metal cases would -- so I don't know if this is a problem or if it just comes with the territory.  What is the noise level like for other Cyberpower PC users?   I have both video and audio recordings if anyone is curious.

My rig has 8 RGB fans, 2 GPU fans, and 1 PSU fan. All fans are silent except for the GPU fans but even the sound from those is greatly dampened by the glass panel of the case. You can hear the GPU fans under load but it it not intrusive because of the glass. The power supply fan doesn't spin up at all because the PSU never gets hot enough so it is a quiet rig.  What fans did you get?
