Ouch  We have had the system for 7 months now - and this weekend the computer just stopped working - we turn it on and it says - no bootable device press any key.  We have checked the cables, unplugged and replugged the hard drive, checked the BIOS but we cannot find any option to restore to factory settings.   The system did not come with a restore disc...  any options to get this thing running.. my kids are driving me crazy they cannot play MineCraft.  The system is only used for gaming so we don't care if anything is lost.. we just want it working again.

There could be many different possibilities. Windows corrupt, no more bootloader. System crashed and SATA configuration was changed from AHCI to possibly IDE. System was moved/cleaned and hd cables could have become unplugged.
