I was literally counting down the days for my new pc to arrive. Paid the extra money to ship it right, professional wiring and the whole nine yards.

Computer arrived today and has stayed on for a grand total of 2 minutes and 14 seconds combined. I have a $3,000 paper weight. Unbelievable.

So now sitting on hold for an "expert" to pick up the phone since there was only a 2 minute hold, that was 14 minutes ago.

Have you cheeked for loose cards and cables?

Something sounds very noisy.  Can you hear what it is?

i checked as much as I can for cables. Yes it appears to be coming from  the liquid cooling fan?  And it gets hot as hell

January 28th comes and goes and still no shipper to send it back. Now they can take the entire thing back including a "headset" they insisted on sending that I have absolutely no use for. I could have went and bought the damn part to fix the computer all they had to do was reimburse for the part and they couldn't give me a straight answer.

Keep in mind people this was a system built with NO Rush so they had all the time to make sure it was right. Spent over 3K on it including the pro wiring, extra care shipping, etc etc. Have been on hold tonight for 2 hours now with no one answering the phone. No response to email either. Extremely hard to ship it back when no one answers.< id="idg-io-safe-browsing-enabled" ="" oninit="true">
