So after reading the horror stories I still felt confident that if I didn't use cheap parts (read: power supply) that cyberpower computers were well built and a great machine. I did the math on building one myself and i couldnt save any money in all honesty, given some of the sales CP was offering, so pulled the trigger on a machine.

After no status update on my "expected ship date" i decided to shoot my rep, Steve D. and email inquiring basically "wtf"?

He informed me that the EVGA gtx 570 ti 1.5g card i got for a steal on sale was backordered and they were waiting for more to come in. He offered to give me a GTX 670 2g card in place of it and refund me the 86$ difference in cards.

This was obviously a no brainer, because i wasnt even paying the +86$ for the 570 ti 1.5, because i got it as a free upgrade from the 560.

So basically i got a better card and saved 86$. He then informed me that he had some on the shelf, but they were the "old version" with heat problems and a new shipment was expected to arrive the next day of improved 670's. It didnt arrive. I ended up waiting another week for it to arrive. Which at this point i was OK with due to the savings and better card.

The worst part was the waiting, but the awesome communication with Steve D. (who answered every single nagging email of mine.. the same day, multiple times a day.. and every phone call... the first time i called) made it all bearable.

Upon receiving my machine, which i had ordered with the special pack, i immediately began unboxing. The foam packing had knocked loose the USB 3.0 cable from the motherboard to the front strip of the case, but easily plugged into place.
The only other thing i have seen that looks out of the ordinary is on the cable from the multifunction usb/flash card deck addon. it has an 8 or 10 pin (going from memory) connector that goes into a USB 2.0 slot on the motherboard.
One of the wires going into the connector is hanging freely, and the barb that it should be attached to is visible inside the connector on the harness.
It looks as though this one wired has been accidentally pulled from the harness.

I have not yet tested the deck, but the light does come on, and at this point it is the least of my priorities being a cheapo 20$ component that i can easily replace if absolutely necessary. Although i doubt i will ever even use it.

Aside from that... there have been absolutely zero problems in my first week of ownership.
It booted right away, registered windows no problem. The drivers for my video card, motherboard and processor were already the latest. Everythin was ready to roll.

It runs Diablo 3 and Dota 2 at max settings without a hiccup and has done everything i ask of it perfect.

Thank you so much CP and Steve D., i have absolutely no regrets and will order from you again in the future and recommend you to anyone I can.
