Msi ms 1814 is Very slow when it is started

I Have a laptop msi ms-1814  and when the laptop is cold it takes long time, 30 min approx to start up and show up W10.Somebody has a idea whats going on with my laptop, before was working perfect.
Another question, where Can I find out a screen cable part number K19-3040082-J86-00-F34-000836 for this laptop,
