I got my new computer Friday but couldn't really mess with it until Today other than initial start up. There are a couple small issues.
I ordered the Coolermaster Masterliquid ML240R RGB dual chamber watercooler. It seems to run fine except for the lights. I went to Coolersmasters website and there appears to be a RGB control box that controls the lights. I can't find that anywhere. It looks like they just hooked it up without it as far as I can tell. If its in there its buried where I would have to start dismantling the computer to find it.
Also, the Syber M 2.0 case has a design on the front that in the pictures is lighted. It's not on mine. Whether the picture is wrong or mine isn't working I don't know.
I also got the the RTX triple threat pick one game promotion for getting an RTX 2060. I tried to redeem that today just to find out it expired on the 4th. I ordered the computer on the 28th of March and it didn't ship until the 8th. I checked the emails I received to see if there was any mention of redeeming the promotion before it expires and there wasn't. So there was no way for me to possibly claim the game before it expired.
I ended up with an ZOTAC Gaming Twin fan RTX 2060 card. I guess if you don't order a specific card you could end up with anything. I was thinking I might get a Founders Edition based on the pictures of the card. The ZOTAC is fine, hopefully. I don't know much about that company. The reviews online are pretty good so I'm hopeful.
I will call customers service about the lights and the game. I don't know what they can do about the lights without me shipping it back and I'm not sure going several more weeks, at least, without a computer is worth it. On the other hand I did pay for them.  Maybe they can ship me the controller. I guess I'll see what they say.
Other than that it seems to be a good build. Its really fast and really quiet. It looks put together well. The cabling is done well.

Yeah, a similar situation happened to me, except it took much longer and then the game code expired. They forgot to connect the front usb add-on so I had to cut the cabling mgmt to get it done. 3 fans missing. The worst issue is they shipped unsupported motherboard - impossible to get the BIOS from the manufacturer - it is some special order for them. Would not buy here again :/

The pictures posted on any page are for advertisement only and are noted if you read the details. So if you see lights you need to order them. You didn't pay for them, so your not loosing anything.

Exactly on the GPU, if you don't order a specific brand CP will throw in what they have. Being the cheaper price that should tell you something. We have seen the coupons expire before and yes CP doesn't list dates. They may be able to help if you E-mail your sales person with your order number.

On your cooler, it may be another case of assuming it is a retail version and not a "CP branded item", E-mailing your sales person is the best route. Regarding your cooler. the link for more info goes to a "not found" page. So it was not directed to the manufacture. It would not surprise me that it is not the full retail version.

As far as brkicz MOBO's he didn't take the time to checkout the specs completely. CP has some RAM and MOBO's buit for them. Some are clear and will have CP in fron of the name. Others aren't and you have to check it out. On the MOBO's if you select more info, then the page symbol that opens up. Once open if the "more info" tab is grayed out or not there. It is a CP branded item. If it is a retail version the link is there and will take you to the manufactures page with all the info. This was the case for brkicz.

CP has QC issues and CS issues no doubt for years. Nothing new. I dislike it when customers don't read, assume or blame CP for something they could have avoided by asking questions or researching. Be responsible for your own mistakes people, we all make them.

You are again just ridiculously assuming on your own - and blaming customers, but the blame is all Cyberpowers' for their shady business practices.

I did take the time - the vendor Asrock has this exactly the same motherboard which was part of the order - it was not clear at all that CP will ship the motherboard with the same name brand and marketing name - but unsupported??? This is absolutely unheard of. If a dealer sells their own stuff, at least they house-brand it and support it.  THis is some major screwup.

Even after I contacted CP technical support - they referred me to the Asrock support page for bios, like they had no idea it is actually not supported. This happened to everyone who purchased the config with this MOBO and is now stuck. Asrock told me this motherboard is for CP to support and vice versa.

And again, you have no real knowledge about this product so stop with your unsupported assumptions. No research can help you if you buy a "BMW" from a dealer and then it turns out that was no real BMW but a version for that dealer which neither factory or dealer will support.
