I have a quite old laptop - Fujitsu Lifebook S762, 4 Gb memory. But I dream of playing Dota 2. How can I upgrade it - buy 4 gb RAM once more?

We need a lot more info here. If you had a desktop the simple answer is yeas. At least 8GB's of RAM.

In the case of laptops, you need to see if your MOBO can handle 8GB's (most can). Then you may not have enough ports to just add an additional 4GB's. You may need to remove the original 4GB's and just buy two 4GB's sticks to get to the 8GB point. Not every Laptop has additional ports so you can plug int 4 sticks of RAM.

Or do you have an individual 4GB's single stick with an additional port you can use. If you do you will need to match the original stick to keep the chance of issues to a minimum.

You really need to find out what MOBO you have.

Here's information about your specific laptop:

From what it says on that spec sheet, your laptop can handle up to 16GB DDR3-1600 memory. 3rd gen lappy though with either integrated graphics or NVIDIA GeForce  GT640M LE 2GB VRAM depending on build. I'd recommend upgrading at some point. Even DOTA 2 will run like balls without toning EVERYTHING down to the lowest possible settings.
