As title says, I'm a bit worried, all I see is bad reviews on customer service, how are they still operating with so many dissatisfied customers?

I do wish that customer service was better and more responsive but my personal experience was good when I bought the rig listed below. When the champions sale went on last year at this time I put this rigs parts together in shopping carts on both Amazon and Newegg. The accumulated parts including windows less warranty and build. Both parts lists ran between $1,500 and 1,600 US and my rig was premium warranty fully built and I got it a week early for $1,478 including tax. So my experience was good. I even got tech assist when I hooked it up to my AOC monitor improperly. I had use a DP port from the gpu to the monitor. I had not selected DP on the monitor menu at the bottom right of the monitor it was factory default to HDMI.

Look like I will get mine tomorrow or Friday. Feel free to message me and I will tell you the condition of the computer upon arrival. Keep in mind they had tremendous volume of sales the last 30 days, there are global shortages of certain components such as high end video cards, and you are reading complaints by much fewer than 1% of purchasers. I'm not happy about a 14 day delay but the price was good and I have bought systems in the past. If you live in the greater Los Angeles area, I highly recommend as (before Covid at least) you can pick up you order will call, return it for repairs if needed the same way, and talk to a live human being versus having to try to call or email. Right now, mail order anything is dicey.
