How to disable touchpad toggle

I recently purchased the IV R Xtreme laptop and the only issue I have is with the touchpad toggle on the top left of the pad. I use a mouse and when i am using the keyboard and am hitting the space bar, my hand hits on the toggle area and the popup message keeps spamming my screen saying "Touchpad on" and "Touchpad off" over and over again since I keep hitting it. Is there any way to disable this toggle or disable the popup messages? It is extremely distracting.

	I have a similar situation only if I put an object on the touchpad for a long time, if it is turned off. The only solution is to just turn off all OS system notifications
